What we collect
When you sign up for the free Action Item Tracker we collect your first name, last name and email address, along with the date you subscribed. That is all. We do not ask for payment details and we do not track you across other websites. We also don't collect any of the info that you submit in the tracker.
How we use it
Your details are used to send you the monthly real estate management newsletter and occasional updates about the tracker. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Text you paste into the tracker
The text or file you paste into the tracker is processed in memory to produce your action list and is not stored. Refreshing the page clears everything. Please avoid pasting sensitive personal information such as bank details or identity documents.
Where it is stored
Subscriber details are held in a secure, access-controlled database and are only visible to Trevor Harley. They are kept for as long as you remain subscribed.
Your choices
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any newsletter to ask for your details to be corrected or deleted, and we will action it promptly.
